The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas (EDAR) has (2) or more permanent vacancies for trial attorneys in the Criminal Division located in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a member of the Criminal Division, assignments include the investigation and prosecution of drug trafficking, immigration crimes, violent offenses, public corruption, terrorism, white collar crimes, civil rights violations, firearms offenses, and organized crime. This vacancy includes (2) positions funded by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act; these positions will focus on narcotics and drug prosecutions, and various immigration matters. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
