Manager, Global Billing Operations

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Global Billing Operations to lead and scale our billing processes across a global customer base. This role owns the translation of complex SaaS contracts into accurate, timely, and compliant billing outcomes, while also overseeing collections and ensuring efficient cash realization. You will partner closely with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales and Finance leadership to ensure billing processes are scalable, audit-ready, and aligned with business growth.
