Senior Accounting Manager

The Role Accounting at Descript is more than keeping the books clean. It's about building the financial foundation that allows the company to move quickly and make confident decisions. You will be a hands-on accounting leader reporting to the VP of Finance, owning the month-end close, financial reporting, and core accounting operations. You'll manage our Senior Accountant and operate across the full accounting stack — from journal entries and reconciliations to revenue recognition and systems improvements. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and isn't afraid to jump into any accounting challenge.
