What You'll Do • Source new Fee Build projects in Texas including but not limited to Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio • Secure all relevant project information such as site plan, zoning, entitlement, preferred product type (TH, SFD, Multi), status of funding, timelines, POC’s, potential competitors, etc. • Promote ResiBuilt’s additional capabilities and services available to Fee Build clients including underwriting, land development & site work, design, and lending capabilities such as const
