About the role
Develops and maintains emergency management knowledge-management systems, including organizing, curating, and publishing continuity, preparedness, and incident-related information within the SharePoint environment. Ensures enterprise-wide access, proper version control, and consistent operational guidance within the SharePoint environment. Serves as a FPAC liaison on all USDA Office of Homeland Security and related initiatives such as the National Response Plan (NRP), National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP) and USDA pandemic planning. Provides comprehensive knowledge of emergency management programs. Clarifies problems and identifies appropriate and suitable problem-solving tools and techniques. Implements USDA and mission area guidance in accordance with directives. Provides oversight and guidance for FPAC Occupant Emergency Plans (OEP).
