Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Tobin Hill, TX. Shift: 5x8 - 1 week/month - must be scheduler's choice. Schedule provided minimum of 3 months in advance and will soon move to 6 months in advance so provider is able to work around the schedule. No travel if within 60 mile radius.
