Industrial Specialist (General)

Performs contract review to identify contractual technical requirements and develop required tasks for the execution of the surveillance plans. Identifies frequency and intensity of production surveillance required to perform on assigned contracts. Assesses the corrections validity and the proposed labor and material costs and ensure the correction effort is not covered by the basic contract. Assures contractors understanding and validates execution of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) requirements. Conducts formal and informal Pre-Award Surveys and capability reviews of potential contractors.
