Associate Attorney (Full Time) – Family Law

The firm is seeking a dedicated, empathetic and detail-oriented *Family Law* *Associate Attorney* to join its Granite Bay team. Experience in Family Law areas, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, support, and asset division is preferred but not mandatory. *Responsibilities will include:* * Manage a full and active caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence. * Provide legal counsel to clients and advocate for their best interests in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials. * Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. * Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients and opposing counsel. * Collaborate with paralegals and other associates to ensure quality service and client sati
