Flatbed Die-Cutting Press Specialist

A day in this role Join our Minneapolis, MN (55428) team on 2nd shift and own the rhythm of a 4/10 workweek: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. You’ll arrive, review the job ticket, and set up a flatbed die-cutting press—often a 40" Bobst—to exact specifications. Throughout the shift, you’ll monitor quality, make precise adjustments, and keep production on schedule while documenting your results. You’ll keep the equipment finely tuned, collaborate with teammates to improve throughput and quality, and maintain a spotless, safe work area. When needed, you’ll also help onboard and mentor newer operators. What you’ll do • Set up and run flatbed die-cutting equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality output. • Inspect in-process work and verify it meets all specifications and tolerances. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on die-cutting machinery. • Partner with team members to boost efficiency and enhance quality. • Keep the area clean and organized, following all
