Supervisory Executive Management Specialist

As the Executive Officer and senior administrative advisor to the Operating Unit (OU) Director and Deputy Director, the incumbent: Provides expert strategic counsel to enable high-visibility mission requirements with national impact, such as the National Construction Safety Team (NCST), National Earthquake Hazard Reduction Program, and the National Windstorm Impact Reduction program (NWIRP) Develops long-term resource strategies, concrete objectives, and priorities that align with organizational mandates Proactively anticipates emerging trends and potential operational gaps, ensuring new initiatives are seamlessly integrated with current priorities. Ensures organizational success through well-coordinated strategic planning and execution designed to minimize costs while maximizing program effectiveness Oversees the OU's financial health by developing spending plans, managing acquisition forecasts, and directing non-pay commitments to ensure resources are focused on missioncritical effor
