Senior Technical Recruiter

<h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <p>We’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help hire exceptional engineers at Chime. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering leaders and hiring teams to run thoughtful, high-quality searches and deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through close. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing through offer—and help ensure our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently as we continue building the team.</p> <p>The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $101,000 and up to $140,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
