As Via’s Global Equity Compensation Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global equity programs. You’ll be the go-to expert for the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform, overseeing plan administration, transactions, reporting, and troubleshooting—all while elevating the employee experience across the organization. Collaborating closely with Via’s People, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT teams, you’ll act as a trusted partner who enables data-driven decisions and seamless operations.
