About the role: The Associate, Insurance Product & Emerging Solutions supports the development, execution, and optimization of innovative health solutions across Oscar’s Individual and Family Plan (IFP) product portfolio. This role partners cross-functionally to support product strategy, market research, member engagement initiatives, and lifecycle management activities that improve member experience, affordability, retention, and long-term product performance.&l
