TOOL CONTROL PROGRAM SPECIALIST

You will review, approve/disapprove and forward to the Tool Room all requests for the purchase of new, first time, non-replacement tools. You will monitor and maintain awareness of asset availability, purchase expenditures, and budget status to support operations of the tool control program. You will investigate and approve/disapprove all requests to modify, add, or delete tools to/from existing tool containers. You will provide guidance and instruction to Tool Room branch head, supervisors and provide technical guidance in the implementation and operational processes of the tool control program.
