Job Summary We’re hiring someone to own how data informs decisions about talent, performance, and org design. This role is closer to business operations than traditional HR. You will define how leaders understand their teams, where the organization is breaking, and what to do about it. The work spans data, systems, and execution. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, building structure, and driving changes that stick.
