Sr. Product Manager - Consumer Fulfillment

About the Role Uber Eats is looking for a Product Manager to lead Consumer Fulfillment Quality, a critical area focused on making every order more reliable, predictable, and trustworthy for eaters.. Delivery quality is core to how consumers experience Uber Eats: whether an order can be completed, completed on time, and completed without defects. This role will focus on preventing poor order experiences before they happen, using product signals and interventions to help eaters avoid issues like late deliveries, incorrect or missing items, difficult handoffs, and orders that are unlikely to go smoothly. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong consumer product instincts who can partner across teams to define and deliver a product strategy that makes every order feel more reliable, predictable, and trustworthy for eaters. What the Candidate Will Do Define the product strategy and roadmap for preventing eater-facing fulfillment defects before they happen. Identif
