Plumbing Superintendent

We are an established commercial plumbing contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily projects (up to ~250 units). With a strong backlog of work and approximately 10–12 active projects, we are seeking a Superintendent to lead our field operations as we continue to grow in a controlled, responsible manner. This role is for someone who has been in the field, understands how jobs really get built, and is comfortable making decisions. *The Position* With the support of our Project Executive, you will serve as the senior field leader across all projects. You will oversee manpower, support and mentor foremen, work closely with Project Management, and help ensure our projects are built safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This is not a desk role. You will be active in the shop and in the field, helping crews succeed and keeping projects moving forward. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead field operations across all active projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and
