JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Human Resources and Claims Representative Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Human Resources FLSA Status: Non-exempt Prepared By: Chris Shakoor SUMMARY Performs daily tasks, maintains records, and assists with special projects to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the HR Department and to ensure compliance to dealership OSHA standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Assists in the day to day operations of the HR Department. • Updates data bases with employee information. • Files within appropriate file system all forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material. • Searches for and retrieves information contained in files as requested. • Keeps records of material removed from files. • Assists in administering leaves of absence. • Assists with semiannual and annual projects such as the Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, Vets 4212, 1095-Cs, 401(k) discrimination testing and benefit audits. • Responds to unemploy
