Customer Service - Sales Support Specialist

Summary: Working in a team environment, the Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for processing and monitoring of sales orders, handling all forms of requests, and providing excellent service to our customers. Will need to be able to multitask and adapt quickly to workload demands. Duties and responsibilities include the following but not limited to: • Manages all sales contacts via phone/e-mail, including but not limited to, orders, quotations, expediting, and inquiries • Provides direct support between the customer and the production team • Interacts with account managers, logistics, and quality teams for production needs • Works with the production planning and procurement teams for expediting orders • Uses company formulas to determine and quote pricing to customers • Navigates the ERP system for order processing, product quotes, part loading, and more • Reviews and coordinates implementation of changes and updates to sales orders • Investigates and responds to customers q
