Kong's IT team is building an internal AI Enablement Specialist function — a group that goes directly into business teams and helps them work smarter through AI. We're hiring an entry-level practitioner to join that effort and grow with it. You'll work alongside senior team members on real projects: mapping where AI can help, building tools that address specific problems, and supporting the people who use them. This isn't a passive learning role — you'll be doing real work from day one, with mentorship and support to help you develop quickly.
