HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST

Serves as the principal advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Force Management Integration) and/or the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Manpower and Reserve Affairs), Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, on all matters pertaining to Total Air Force and DoD-wide military recruiting matters. As the principal advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary (Force Management Integration) and/or the Assistant Secretary (Manpower and Reserve Affairs), Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, on all matters pertaining to the development of policy and management of programming, budgeting, and execution of active component enlisted accession incentives and the development of reserve component incentive policy.
