Enterprise Sales Recruiter

Navan is looking for a best in class Senior Sales Recruiter to come in and help recruit and scale our expense sales teams across the US. You will play a key role in partnering across the business on the best hiring, interviewing, and closing strategies. You will set high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle. On a daily basis you will partner with our hiring leaders but also work closely with our CRO. Recruiting is our #1 priority we simply can not grow our business without it. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring "A players" and ideally comes from a MEDDPICC run sales organization.
