HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (ER)

You will provide limited technical over-site, advice, and guidance on the most effective alignment of LER and performance management policies to support the strategic goals and objectives of the Department of War and NETC. You will provide consultation/advisement to management on their responsibilities concerning ER policies and law. You will assist on a broad range of employee relations activities including guidance and advice to employees, leadership, program managers, other management officials and supervisors. You will manage performance tools, processes, and programs. You will evaluate performance appraisals and tracking systems and assists managers/supervisors with draft performance improvement plans.
