Staff TPM

Mission Summary: Motional is seeking to hire a Staff-level Autonomy TPM. This role requires strong, experienced leadership to drive complex initiatives across the company. We are seeking a high-impact individual to own and drive key cross-functional initiatives on the path to a driverless robotaxi. This role will operate across our core machine learning capabilities—specifically partnering with the Behaviors, Prediction, and ML Planning teams—to help prioritize and track technical workstreams in support of our driverless goals. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses technical expertise in robotics or autonomous systems, and has a strong background driving safety-critical ML software and model releases in a fast-paced environment.
