Medical Physicist

South Sacramento Cancer Center (SSCC) a US Cancer Management Corp. center) actively seeks a full-time staff Medical Physicist. The selected candidate will join a team of a chief medical physicist, two dosimetrists, three physicians, and six therapists. SSCC is a stand-alone, above-ground private cancer care center in Sacramento, a beautiful city that is within two-hour driving to San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Lake Tahoe. SSCC provides state-of-the-art external beam radiation therapy services, including SRS, SBRT, VMAT (RapidArc™), IGRT, and 3DCRT. The center has two matched Varian TrueBeams (one capable of cone-based SRS), a GE CT Simulator, Eclipse TPS, Aria R&V, Radformation (RadMachine, AutoContour, ClearCheck, ClearCalc, and EZFluence), and MIM.
