About the Role As Director of Demand Generation at Descript, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy that fuels our pipeline and revenue growth across our enterprise and self-serve business lines. You’ll own full-funnel demand creation from market awareness and lead acquisition to nurturing and conversion. You’ll bring a blend of data-driven strategy, operational rigor, and audience insight to drive measurable impact across multiple channels and audiences. Partnering closely with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales, you’ll architect scalable programs that educate the market, position Descript as an industry leader, and deliver efficient pipeline acceleration.
