About the role
As a Supervisory Program Analyst, NQ-0343-04, you will: Lead the review, analysis, and evaluation of contractor activities at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, ensuring compliance with the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program standards. Provide expert guidance on technical issues related to radiation health, radiological controls, and safety protocols. Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical experts to oversee laboratory operations. Oversee collaboration and communication among team members to ensure effective oversight of health and safety practices, industrial hygiene, and environmental protection initiatives. Coordinate with Federal, state, and local emergency agencies to ensure readiness and compliance with regulatory standards for emergency response to radiological incidents. Serve as the lead for the decontamination and decommissioning processes of obsolete radiological facilities at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory. Engage with the Department of Energy Office
