ABOUT THE ROLE LlamaIndex is building the document infrastructure layer for AI agents - from industry-leading document OCR (LlamaParse) to a document workflow platform (LlamaAgents) that helps enterprises automate human knowledge work over documents. We're growing fast, and we need a hands-on recruiter who can own hiring end-to-end across the company. Your primary focus will be technical hiring - AI/ML engineers, infrastructure, full-stack, and developer tools - but you'll also support go-to-market and marketing hires as the company scales. You should be someone who gets energy from the day-to-day grind of sourcing, screening, and closing great talent, not someone looking to move into a purely strategic or management track. If you know how to leverage AI-powered recruiting tools without letting them go off the rails, and you can go from an ambiguous hiring need to a signed offer faster
