IT Business Cycle Specialist

Assists the Enterprise Business Cycle Owner (EBCO) in ensuring the successful execution audit readiness, process management and organizational assessments within the DLA Information Operations organization. Supports the broad DLA audit readiness efforts that depend on information system controls, processes and documentation. Responsible for developing policies and procedures for sustaining an IT audit readiness posture to ensure that general and application controls are operating efficiently. Acts as the lead facilitator in the execution of continuous process improvement (CPI) projects or events and provides support in the management of the overall CPI capability for the J6 organization. Identifies, documents and assesses the completion elements (policies, processes and procedures, controls, tools, and human capital) necessary to ensure the end-to-end IT business processes are in compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
