Supervisory Realty Specialist

Negotiating lease contracts with private landowners and/or public agencies for the acquisition of real property. Researching and analyzing data, issues and information for the use of higher-level personnel. Analyzing data or information to identify and resolve problems and/or address needs. Communicate with customers (internal and external) to finalize projects. Oversees the execution of leasing actions, policies, and procedures within the organization. Responsible for staff management, coordination, and execution of mission support programs that support organizational goals. Develops uniform management policies and staff management principles and guidance for mission area programs within the section. Responsible for the execution, scope, cost and budget, interfacing with the agency customers. Responsible for attainment of operational plans, goals, and objectives. Provides oversight and review of the real property management services program and facilitate all aspects of real property.
