SUPERVISOR

You will lead and manage the Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Reliability Engineering workforce, providing strategic direction, workforce development, performance management, and talent acquisition initiatives. You will oversee logistics support functions throughout the system life cycle, including product support management, maintenance planning, technical data, training, supply support, transportation, and facilities management. You will supervise personnel within a Competency Aligned Organization, providing guidance, coaching, performance management, and administrative oversight while fostering employee engagement and retention. You will identify and implement process improvements that eliminate barriers, increase efficiency, enhance service delivery, and support continuous business improvement initiatives. You will manage customer relationships by assessing requirements, planning resources, allocating personnel, and ensuring successful delivery of logistics and product support
