Biologist

As a Biologist, you will: Provide expert scientific advice, consultation and leadership in designing, coordinating and maintaining scientific project goals, objectives and priorities within the organization, agency and in the general public health community. Develop strategies to meet short and long-range goals for the applicable program and assures that strategies reflect promising directions in research, preventive, and clinical approaches. Collaborate with and provide expert scientific advice to all organizational levels within the agency, as well as with various state health agencies, and partner organizations, both nationally and internationally. Identify and analyze scientific issues and their impact on operations that are critical to the public health community at large.
