SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

You will communicate to all stakeholder levels and the ability to create and give informative, persuasive, strategic/visionary and decision support presentations. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, planning, business development, coordination and management of all aspects of the division's Technical Capabilities and projects in accordance with the Division Head's priorities. You will development and maintenance of strategic plans, workforce planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, auditing, and information security management across the division’s portfolio. You will actively coach, counsel and train group members and exercise civilian leadership in carrying out assigned supervisory duties, including Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) requirements at the first and second levels.
