Seasonal Custodial Worker (Motor Vehicle Operator)

As a Custodial Worker (Moter Vehicle Operator), you will perform the following duties: Scrubs, strips, waxes and polishes floors using heavy (industrial type) powered scrubbers and buffers. Uses various preparations to clean and maintain linoleum, wood, marble, and various kinds of floor, wall and ceiling surfaces. Washes walls, blinds and/or ceiling fixtures. Vacuums/cleans rugs using heavy vacuum cleaner. Sweeps and wet mops floor and removes oil, hydraulic fluid, grease, and other spilled liquids. Adjusts, cleans and oils vacuum cleaners. Moves heavy furniture, supplies and equipment. Replaces and/or installs paper goods in restrooms. Performs general trash collection/removal from areas such as offices, restrooms, public areas. Transports personnel, material, or equipment to work sites located in the park
