Major duties for this position are listed below: Developing or refining legislative proposals related to the workforce system, and/or developing analytical papers, initiatives, or projects relating to specialized workforce development content specialties such as performance measurement, skills standards, skills attainment and assessment, and/or strategic planning. Identifying, developing, planning, implementing, monitoring and maintaining either individual (often high profile) and/or multi-site projects, budgetary analysis, legislative and regulatory development and analysis, or economic analysis with inferences upon workforce development programs and activities. Prepares or develops replies, reports, and analyses regarding policy and guidance on workforce development matters.
