AIRCRAFT MECHANIC LEADER

Provides guidance and passes on to others instructions received from supervisor and gets work started. Serves as crew chief of assigned aircraft, responsible for performing, coordinating, and/or overseeing maintenance on the aircraft. Initiates requests for unscheduled tools, equipment, and materials during preparation for flight. Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
