About the role
You will serve as the Recurring Work/Preventative Maintenance Program Manager overseeing the effective development, implementation and operation of in house labor PWD's. You will meet with supported command's points of contact to explain, discuss program functions, costs, benefits, and account issues. You will conduct site inspections, resolve complex program problems and process deficiencies and authorize program modifications with supervisor concurrence. You will track overall development for the Recurring Work/Preventative Maintenance Program in order to assess statistics and cost analysis of executed versus emergency and service calls.
