FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will provide Customer Service Representative (CSR) training to all labor and payroll office staff employees. (e.g. DCPS, Exception Reports, in/out processing). You will advise and assist leadership on payroll regulations, processes and responsibilities. You will monitor financial systems and reports to track and correct labor errors. You will interpret DOD Regulations, principles and theories, techniques and procedures to provide sound advice on effective and efficient methods to reconcile pay issues.
