TRAINING TECHNICIAN

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a working program manager through planning, directing, organizing, and exercising oversight of the Training Manager program assigned to each organization. Position also serves as Base Training Manager in support of the military enlisted on-the-job training (OJT) program; as the single point of contact responsible for planning, administering, developing, and evaluating the base training program for all enlisted personnel assigned or attached to Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. Serves as liaison between the installation and unit commanders and Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command (HQ AFGSC) regarding enlisted upgrade training and ancillary training. Duties: Serves as the Base Training Manager, ensuring that Unit Training Managers (UTMs) and Additional Duty Training Managers (ADUTMs) are qualified in and knowledgeable of their responsibilities.
