HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Gives executive level direction to staff and advises the A1K and A1 on the feasibility of actions proposed or directed to resolve pressing operational or functional problems. Leads and/or oversees the planning, preparation, management, and execution of a broad and diverse spectrum of programs, responsibilities and activities for nine developmental programs. Leads or participates in strategic planning events, conducts special studies/projects, and performs data analysis on force development and training programs. Serves as supervisor over two enlisted and one civilian employee.
