PROCUREMENT ANALYST

You will serve as the authority on the acceptability and applicability of contractual matters related to small business programs. You will advise Contracting, Program Managers, requirement developers, and other acquisition personnel throughout the acquisition cycle in the development of strategies and market research for small businesses. You will provide guidance to Contracting in monitoring the progress of the plans and post-award small business-related documents. You will review and make recommendations on acquisitions to maximize small business opportunities both in prime and subcontracting roles, making recommendations on procurements to be processed within small business socioeconomic programs. You will coordinate inquiries and requests for advice from small businesses on acquisition matters.
