PROGRAM ANALYST

You will plan, program and prioritize a balanced approach to warfighting capabilities development to meet Fleet and Navy Component Command demands while ensuring capabilities coming to maturity are fully supported for operations in the Fleet. You will serve as the point of contact for tracking acquisition capabilities testing/evaluation process and key milestones for introduction of new capabilities to the Fleet. You will develop criteria to identify major programs requiring significant fleet headquarters and subordinate command attention to ensure successful introduction in the operating forces. You will establish and maintain formal methods to track and provide consolidated recommendations to higher headquarters and other navy stakeholders in capabilities development and fleet introduction.
