About the role
Duties include but not limited to: Ensures the establishment and effective execution of the EEO Program in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) governing regulations and Department of the Navy (DON) EEO Program requirements. Serves as primary advisor and subject matter expert for the NAF workforce on all aspects of the EEO program. Provides direction for the NAF EEO program and monitors overall program progress; develops and updates relevant policies. Recommends solutions to emulate the Model EEO Program and to further affirmative employment initiatives. Maintains relationships to promote a positive climate devoid of discriminatory practices. Manages the EEOC Management Directive (MD) 715 program. Conducts ongoing analysis of workforce demographics and trends to establish a Model EEO Program and identify barriers to employment.
