UNIT READINESS MANAGER

Plans, organizes, and oversees all unit level readiness. Acts as SME and provides recommendations and updates to the host-wing (55WG) to configure and maintain functional Unit Type Codes (UTCs), which are tailored to each deployment, as postured by MAJCOM Functional Area Managers (FAMs) using available unit assets. Serves as POC and executes all directed administrative support programs. Ensures unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron/unit commander directives. Ensures 21 SURS/Det 1 is ready to meet wartime and peacetime mobility taskings by scheduling and tracking ancillary readiness training. Performs readiness analysis and recommendations to unit leadership. Establishes metric and system analysis within unit management to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures.
