Provides staff supervision and technical oversight of EIE activities including services of core IT expertise areas; candidate solution analyses; solution design synthesis; solution design integration. trade-off analyses; technical risk analyses and management; solution acquisition preparation. analysis and evaluation of quality attributes and requirement criteria. and technology
