Major Duties: Provides technical support to customers who need assistance utilizing client-level hardware and software in accordance with established or approved organizational process components (i.e. Master Incident Management Plan, when applicable. Installs and configures hardware, software, and peripheral equipment for system users in accordance with organizational standards. Administers accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment. Manage and configure back-ups and restores in a multi-tiered environment. Daily monitoring of the following items relating to SAN NAS and back-up hardware and the relevant software and applications: 1) Performance issue
