Health System Specialist

Develops and maintains communication tools regarding empanelment procedures for eligible patient populations. Ensures enrollment and empanelment errors are corrected, and that protocols remain up-to-date and followed. Generates a variety of enrollment-related reports on a regular and as-needed basis. Assists leadership with the development and completion of any performance reports, surveys, audits, and data pulls. Builds and sustains relationships with current and prospective network providers, ensuring contracts are maintained and the provider network remains adequate. Researches and recommends appropriate actions or interpretations of issues impacting the organization, installation, command, or agency.
