MARINA MANAGER

Responsible for the economic and efficient operation of the Manatee Cove Marina, a membership activity with an associated sales store, food and beverage operations, maintenance, and wet and dry boat dockage and storage. Implements higher-level directives and formulates procedures and programs to ensure high standards of recreational and entertainment/promotional programs, as well as food and beverage and boating activities. Formulates and executes detailed budgets, strategic improvement plans, capital requirements budgets, marketing initiatives, and facility improvements to ensure long-term program viability. Reviews budgets, analyzes financial results, and maintains financial conditions as required by AF standards and local key performance indicators. Through Membership Operations and the Operations Clerk, establishes, reviews, and evaluates menu planning, food service, and the purchase of supplies, equipment, and resale merchandise.
