Supervisory Program Analyst (Division Chief)

The incumbent serves as Division Chief of the Division of Workforce Management and Administrative Data. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensuring that information technology initiatives are integrated with administrative processes and carried out per Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) standards and accepted practices, including standards for information security and privacy Performing liaison activities with the DOL Office of Human Resources in a variety of Human Resources (HR) areas, which include hiring, labor and employee relations, performance management, SES/SL support, DOL awards policy, and other various HR initiatives Articulating mission needs by collaborating with and providing input to the DOL Office of Human Resources on new HR initiatives and communicating the impact of HR services on the BLS mission to BLS leadership Overseeing all aspects of the BLS Compensation Plan, which includes providing internal guidance and instructions to BLS managers, analyzi
