About the role
As a Program Manager, you will perform the following duties: Leads a team of government and contractor personnel in providing real property project management and asset management for a designated region of the United States and all agency real property (land, buildings and structures) within the designated region. Responsible for maximizing the functional and financial value of the agency's property assets, owned or leased, throughout the entire life cycle, acquisition, management and disposition. Responsible for determining the availability and efficient use of services and resources that streamline the cost of business while optimizing customer service in direct support of the agency's operations. Determines goals and objectives that need additional emphasis; develops measures that evaluate performance; makes recommendations for program improvement; and manages all resources as corporate assets.
